De to siste ukene har ungdomsbedriften Smelt i hjertet UB reist rundt på ungdomsskolene i nærområdet og arrangert sjokoladekokkekamp for enten 9. eller 10. klassingene på de respektive skolene. Ungdomsbedriften skal selv lansere sin sunne sjokolade i butikk om to uker og lærte elevene noen nyttige triks. Mine elever går som regel alltid "all in" og stilte for anledningen i Oompa Luumpa-kostymer fra den legendariske filmen Charlie & sjokoladefabrikken. During the past two weeks the Student Enterprise Smelt i hjertet UB ("Melts Your Heart Inc") has been "on tour" to different middle schools where they have hosted a Top Chef Chocolate Battle for middle school 7th or 8th graders. They are only two weeks away from launching their own healthy chocolate confectionery in local stores, and used the occasion to show these students a few pointers regarding handmade chocolade production. And, yeah, my students are wearing Oompa Luumpa costumes (from the classic movie Charlie & The Chocolate Factory) :-) Here are some photos from three of the events:
